Problem installing Let's Encrypt certificate on my wiki

I have a mediawiki site with the lamp stack.
I'm having a problem trying to install SSL certificate through Let's Encrypt. My wiki is crashing and I can't load it.

My domain is

I tried to install the SSL certificate of Let's Encrypt and now my wiki doesn't want load.

It produced this output when I type the URL on google: "This site can’t be reached."

My web server is (include version): Apache version 2.4.53

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Amazon Linux 2, version 5.10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot 1.11.0

Your port 443 (https) is not open. If you are in an EC2 instance make sure your Security Group allows this port.

Oh, and welcome to the community @devsaur

Thank you! It's a pleasure is here

And, then... How can I check if the port is open?

I used nmap but if you don't have that just try:

curl -I -m15

If it times out in 15 seconds then it probably isn't open.

The port is really closed. Do you have any idea how I can open it?

I'd just Google: open HTTPS in AWS

You seem to be using an EC2 instance. Go to your EC2 Dashboard in your AWS Console. In the left menu there will be a section for Security Group.

I did this and it is not working at all. Could it be some other problem?

Please show the output of:
netstat -pant | grep -i listen

Your site is now working using HTTP (port 80) but HTTPS (port 443) is still not working.

What was the certbot command you tried and what is the latest error message?

I am also interested in the info from the netstat command that Rudy showed.
