My domain is:

It produced this output: Challenge failed for domain

My web server is (include version): Apache Tomcat/9.0.29

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): centos 7 on aws

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: aws

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no - but I use sudo

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): certbot 1.3.0

In order to run certbot in standalone mode you would first have to stop any other service on port 80.
Which is not really recommended.
But since you are running Apache Tomcat you just might have to.
[Tomcat is not easy to work with]

And also…
Your domain resolves to two IPs:

Do they both connect to the same system or to two separate systems?
