This kind of thing is usually caused by:
Your antivirus software.
Your company, if you're using a corporate network.
Malware on your computer.
Your government?
I've never heard of "bspa.inc", but I'm not an expert. I don't know if Cameroon is known to do large scale Internet interception.

How convenient!
Just when I am about to launch my startup, my website’s SSL is taken down by something.
We have had political issues in the country and I think it may be the national big brother.
Please I really need help. How can I get back my SSL?
Your website is fine. It's using a Let's Encrypt certificate.
The problem is your computer or the network you're using.

That needs to be tested and proven to be untampered.
Whomever is doing the outbound interceptions may also be doing inbound interceptions.
Much more difficult to pull-off, but as blatant as they are in doing this, I would not assume anything.
Test your site with SSL Labs and ensure the cert they see is the cert you are using on your server.

Thanks for your help guys. I think it is from the Government as It is the same when I connect via my mobile devices thru the same telephone network.
I will give them a call and try to get this back on or I’ll blind them.
Thanks guys.

Until then, assume everything you type (and read) is also being read/recorded by someone… somewhere… @bspa.inc

That, I'll keep in mind.
These guys will run down by startup before it gets started.
