# Policy forbids issuing for name dcloud.delta.hu

Hi,

I tried to issue a certificate for our site (_[dcloud.delta.hu](http://dcloud.delta.hu)_) and I get the error “Policy forbids issuing for name”. Is this domain blocked? Is it possible to unblock it?

Here are the details of the problem :  
the full domain name of your site : [dcloud.delta.hu](http://dcloud.delta.hu)  
the command line you ran : sudo certbot certonly --debug --webroot -w /var/www/html/ -d [dcloud.delta.hu](http://dcloud.delta.hu)  
the output of that command : Error: urn:acme:error:rejectedIdentifier :: Error creating new authz :: Policy forbids issuing for name  
name and version of your operating system and your web server : Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS; Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)

I will start the process to unblock this domain for issuance. As a head’s up this typically takes ~6-12 days. I’ll update this thread when the process is completed in production. Thanks for your patience!

Hi @qcsera,

The change has been made in production. You should now be able to issue for `delta.hu` subdomains. Please let me know if you still encounter the policy error.
