Hello, I have a server with Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 under Centos 6.8 and the let’s encrypt module installed.

I’m getting the following error message when trying to create a let’s encrypt for any of the domains hosted in the server:

Error: Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate installation failed: Failed letsencrypt execution: Traceback (most recent call last):

Already tried to uninstall/reinstall the module but problem persists.

How can I solve this this? Anyone can help me please?

Thanks

Hi,

[https://github.com/plesk/letsencrypt-plesk/issues/141](https://github.com/plesk/letsencrypt-plesk/issues/141) - the dependency has been fixed - try to reinstall the extension
