I really don't see the urgency in removing TLSv1 (at this time).
There are many ways to mitigate anything related to it and there are still many in need of (at least) some protection/encryption.

@mirabilos The production change has just been deployed.
Let's Encrypt will make an informed decision on the TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 deprecation timeline based on collected metrics. Again, when the timeline is ready, it will be posted in the API Announcements category.
