Please help to resolve this error! owncloud installation on debian 12

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary Apache configuration changes made by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains point to this Apache server and that it is accessible from the internet.

Ask for help or search for solutions at https://community.letsencrypt.org. See the logfile /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log or re-run Certbot with -v for more details.

Do you own that domain name? Because it looks to be available for purchase.

Let's Encrypt only issues certificates for publicly known domain names.

If it's local, how's the DNS?

You can't get a globally signed cert for a domain you don't own.
