Passbolt - unable to generate a certificate for the domains

My domain is: kopsblog.com.ng

I ran this command: docker compose -f docker-compose-ce.yaml up -d, I am setting up passbolt docker on ubuntu server, haven set up all configurations for passbolt using traefik and letsencrypt

It produced this output: traefik-1 | time="2024-07-02T09:09:01Z" level=error msg="Unable to obtain ACME certificate for domains "kopsblog.com.ng": unable to generate a certificate for the domains [kopsblog.com.ng]: acme: error: 429 :: POST :: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-order :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited :: Error creating new order :: too many failed authorizations recently: see Failed Validation Limit - Let's Encrypt" ACME CA="https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory" routerName=passbolt-https@docker rule="Host(kopsblog.com.ng)" providerName=letsencrypt.acme

My web server is (include version): ubuntu 22.04

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS, but domain is from whogohost

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

We would need to see the failure messages before this. Let's Encrypt temporarily blocks clients that make too many failed requests in a short period of time. See the linked web page for details.

I can make a guess though. You do not have an A and/or AAAA record defined in your DNS for that domain name. If you are using an HTTP or TLS-ALPN challenge you will need that.
