If you're looking for a simple client without any auto-configuration features, lego supports dns-01 for a large number of DNS providers. Windows binaries are available here.
ACMESharp seems to support dns-01 as well, Using this requires some PowerShell familiarity and the docs for dns-01 seem a bit out of date.
