# One website will not be encrypted

I ran this command: ACME/Certification

It produced this output: I do not receive a certificate for this domain.

My web server is (include version): Apache (I think so, it is the webhoster [Avernis.de](http://Avernis.de))

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Apache

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: [Avernis.de](http://Avernis.de)

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know.

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):  
LiveConfig

Please give me a https:// certificate for this domain I mentioned above.

There may be a rate limit problem:
