Not sure why having trouble with new subdomain again

I have created a new subdomain rock.uptoconcept.com and assigned the newly showing rock.uptoconcept.com LetsEncrypt certificate that seems to be created automatically ?

I also used the default LetsEncrypt certificate "other repository), but same, https not catchng yet.

What is the correct procedure for me ? Not seeing through yet how it works.

Regards,
Frank

My domain is: rock.uptoconcept.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.8.11

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): ‪Debian 8.11‬

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

Hi @Frank1000

one certificate? There are four certificates created today.

https://transparencyreport.google.com/https/certificates?cert_search_auth=&cert_search_cert=&cert_search=include_expired:false;include_subdomains:false;domain:rock.uptoconcept.com&lu=cert_search

Perhaps (I don't use Plesk) if you check "SSL/TLS support", a new certificate is created (automatic).

The new subdomain works. I don't see a problem.

oh ok, thanks.
then in the future i just leave it as set by Plesk.
I c, seems it takes some minutes before https is catching
