I ran this command:
certbot renew --dry-run

It produced this output:

The error is just as it shows. Those domain names do not appear in the public DNS system. At one point they must have been there since I see you issued certs in the past. So check your DNS config to see what changed.

dann muß aber noip was geändert haben ich habe selber nix gemacht !!

I don't know who or what changed it. But, because no DNS records nothing can see those domain names and so people could not even connect. You can prove this using DNS tools like dig or nslookup or websites like:

Das Problem liegt an NoIP

Wir haben derzeit ein Problem mit unserer Domain hopto.org. Alle Hostnamen auf hopto.org und Redirect-Hostnamen werden derzeit nicht aufgelöst. Wir wenden uns an die .org-Registry, um herauszufinden, warum die Domain gesperrt wurde, und werden diesen Status aktualisieren, wenn wir mehr wissen.
