Need help with install

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.kringleschristmas.com

I ran this command: I had Namecheap help me - I turned off ModSecure as they told me to, tried to check and got the error.

It produced this output:

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Namecheap

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community! :slightly_smiling_face:

I'm the author of the CertSage software that you're using.

Your password.txt file for CertSage will be located in the CertSage directory located in the parent directory of the directory where you put certsage.php, meaning that you just need to go up a folder from where you put certsage.php and you should see a folder named CertSage with a password.txt file in it. Your password is the entire contents of that file. Feel free to change the file's contents to whatever you want to use for your CertSage password.

Worked but Site didn't.

When I visit your CertSage page it does not look like you've entered your domain names in the Domain and Subdomain Names box. You can find the instructions for CertSage here:

I also noticed that your website seems to be serving a new certificate from Sectigo:
