My sites security cerificate hasn’t auto-renewed after the first 3 months, has anyone else had this issue?
My domain is: www.sophiesscran.com
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Grid hosted
How did you get your certificate in the first place?
we applied for it using the cloud control panel!
Well, I guess that cloud control panel should also be responsible for renewing the certificate. You should speak to your host about it.
It seems to be resolved, the host managed to get the certificate to renew (I’m not sure what they did)… Hopefully it will auto renew next time!
