My regr.json is almost empty

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: https://www.pronostics-courses.fr

I ran this command: Many

It produced this output: don’t remember

My web server is (include version): Nginx 1.10.3

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian 9

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: OVH

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): certbot-auto 1.0.0

Hi

I've got a weird config below.

My real account ( non staging ) regr.json , is almost empty.

The staging account is ok.

The "certbot-auto -q renew" run pretty well.

There is no certbot.service, systemd doesn't run it.

"certbot-auto certificates" run ok, with real account , and from today 82 days before renew.

I'm theoretically able to delete all certifs, then accounts, although the real account cannot be deleted anymore, for there is no file in the regr.json

After that, I might remake ce certifs with new accounts, however I don't know the actual contact email, so I'd be eventually forbidden to do it.

I fear the renew abort with errors within 82 days.

What could I do ?

Here is the config :

Hi @ortolojf

I don't understand your question. Checking your domain that looks ok - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=pronostics-courses.fr

A new certificate

CN=pronostics-courses.com
	03.01.2020
	02.04.2020
expires in 82 days	imap.pronostics-courses.fr, pop.pronostics-courses.fr,
pop3.pronostics-courses.fr, postfixadmin.pronostics-courses.fr,
pronostics-courses.com, pronostics-courses.fr,
smtp.pronostics-courses.fr, www.pronostics-courses.com,
www.pronostics-courses.fr - 9 entries

three created

you use the newest.

One thing:

Don't use -q, that may hide some informations.

Wait 60 days, then check your domain if the certificate is renewed. If not, ask again.
