After installing let's encrypt certbot my domain is redirecting to lovevolunteers[.]org

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: DigitalOcean
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Disabled root login after activating Sudo
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No
I don't yet see how the two names are related.
They don't even share a common IP.
And I don't see any redirection to that other domain name.
