My domain has been blocked

Dear Mr/Ms
My Second Level Domain is blocked by Let’s Encrypt.
I used pardot to help automatically enable SSL for the tracker domains.
Its really urgent cause we have event this week,please help~

My domain is: infra_event.inspur.com

Hi @nadas

that domain name is invalid. Underscores are not allowed -> you can't create a Letsencrypt certificate, that's expected.

Try a hyphen (-) instead—everything will be great!
