I use vps vultr and gridpane to create my website. Because for some reason I activated my ssl many times. Currently I cannot turn on my SSL again.
Gridpane technicians say that my domain name has been locked due to SSL activation restrictions from let’s encrypt. I will have to wait a week for let’s encrypt to unlock it for me. Please help me

that's the wrong way. Letsencrypt has a rate limit. Read

Create one certificate, then use it 60 - 85 days, then create the next.

No. You issued five identical certificates on 2/26. Why did you do that? And why can't you use one of them? If you can't, you'll need to wait for five days from 2/26 to create another one.
I have waited 7 days since 02/26/2020. I still cannot register for a new ssl certificate yet. Please help me. Thank you
