My certificate expired. I'm not good with computers and have no idea how to renew it

Crt.sh shows an old certificate - crt.sh | thegriswoldcloud.synology.me - from 2020-08-04.

So you can't create a certificate.

First step: Check your DSM / your Synology account to register that subdomain. Then the DSM has integrated solutions to create Letsencrypt certificates.

PS: thegriswoldcloud looks like a typo. But thegrisworldcloud isn't registered too.
