Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [https://crt.sh/?q=example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

[https://www.thinkersonlab.com](https://www.thinkersonlab.com) (I use let´s encrypt on this domain, but I am not able/ don´t know how to install in the other domains, at least trough the control panel of CDmon)
http.[//www.itziarbarrera.com](https://www.itziarbarrera.com)

(I have these 3 domains in 1 hosting)
I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

php 7.1

- **mysql-server**. \* 5.5.57-0+deb7u1
- **postgresql-server**. \* postgresql-server-8.4.22

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
apache \* 2.2.22-13+deb7u11
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
CDMON
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of `certbot --version` or `certbot-auto --version` if you’re using Certbot):

it looks like they expect you to pay to have a certificate for more than one domain: [Certificados SSL de Máxima Calidad - cdmon](https://www.cdmon.com/es/ssl)

change hosts. or check if you can upload a manually obtained certificate.

you need an acme client that can perform validation via ftp from your machine, I guess: [this does](https://github.com/srvrco/getssl/wiki) and [I think it’s not the only one](https://letsencrypt.org/docs/client-options/).

Once the client has obtained the certificate, you will have those files in its directories. You should ignore ca and cert, only send fullchain and key.

remember – tell them 😈 – that you will need to do this every two months.
