dears when i try getting a npother certificate for a nother AWS i get this error

acme: error: 429 :: POST :: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-order :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited :: Error creating new order :: too many certificate

Did you read the link that the error message gave you? Because it would explain exactly what's going on with those apparent phishing domains.
