You have a member using this domain to spam me everyday.
It is also fraudulent as they are claiming I have won a prize.
Their IP address is 146.185.253.124

I'm not sure I understand what you mean exactly.. What do you mean by "a member" and/or "using this domain"? Which domain? Could you perhaps share more details?

There is nothing LE can do to stop SPAM.
You've come to the wrong place to make such a complaint.

The IP you posted is a well known "comment spammer".
Has nothing to do with Let's Encrypt, the staff, or volunteers here.
