Lost Connectivity

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: packetconsulting.ca

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Wordpress LAMP

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): AWS Linux AMI

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): No

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

Wordpress site runs fine for 2-3 days then I lose HTTPS, SSH and SFTP connectivity.
AWS says instance is up and I can ping.
I have to stop/start the instance to get connectivity back.
I realize there could be lots of things causing this but just wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone.
Thanksin advance.

Hi @andsouth44,

Since the SSH and HTTPS servers are separate and independent from one another, this doesn’t sound like a Let’s Encrypt certificate-related issue to me.

Perhaps you could try asking on a forum like Server Fault?

Thanks for your reply.
I think your logic is sound. I will try the other group you suggested.
