Lost access to my VPS (unbootable instance) and can't transfer certificates to another instance

My domain is: apsis.host

I ran this command: NA

It produced this output: NA

My web server is (include version): nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): centos 8

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: GCP

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): no

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): NA

I lost access to my GCP VM (unbootable, can't mount disk), created a new VM and moved my webserver there, but I have no access to the earlier instance for retrieving certificates. Please help me obtain a new certificate for my domain.

Hi @xxyyzz and welcome to the LE community forum

Simple.
Forget about trying to retrieve anything and just get all new ones.
