when i apply letsencrypt state file from salt

I have no idea what you're trying to do, but what does this even mean? "applying a letsencrypt state file from salt"? Could you please elaborate? A lot?

Hi,
my ssl certificates are generated, still my website is not secure
saltstack is configuration manangement tool
we use letsencrypt formula and apply salt minion state.apply letsencrypt
i get error as letsencrypt-client
Function: pkg.installed
Result: False

TL;DR, too vague, can't make heads or tails of that page.

That doesn't look like a Let's Encrypt specific error. My advice is to present your problem (with way more details!) on a SaltStack specific Community.
