I have a domain tollstream.com that I requested a certificate for. Nothing appears to have went wrong ,when using the certbot in ubuntu. My server was hosting fine and all server test worked. After using certbot, my website becomes inaccesible.i have done this twice.even reinstalled my server instance. I have used this, successfully before. Any information would help, greatly.

Thank you.i figured out that amazon has an external firewall on its lightsail instances. So here I am banging my head about what the issue is. Well, port 443 was blocked even if my ufw firewall in ubuntu was configured properly.
Yes, Amazon has there some additional configurations.
