There is the Chrome - menu.
There (red marked) you should find the submenu. Something like -> Tools -> Developer.

Unfortunately Dev Tools is not available in Chrome for mobile.
I made several additional tests on Apple equipment which never log-in to this site.
First, I change HTTPS port to “ordinary” that is 443. So URL now is
https://mackowiakp-nano.ddns.net
iPad (new one!) - does not work with this site both using Safari and Chrome.
MacBook - Safari does not work, Chrome works correctly.
All other platforms works without problem on all available browsers.
