Let's Encrypt Windows 10 and Apache

I run an apache 2.4.9 on a Windows10 server. It serves 4 domains via 1 static IP-address.
I would like all 4 domains to be secured with Let’s Encrypt.
I run apache directly without any admin-software on top.

Where can I find a tutoral / instruction on How To Install LET’S ENCRYPT without damaging my apache?
