Let's Encrypt Staging returning HTTP error 500 during order creation

My domain is: *.login.akd-remove-arch.dev.gcp.pangea.cloud

I ran this command: Ran through cert manager on a kubernetes cluster, but it made a call to "https://acme-staging-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/acct/xxx" (where xxx is my acct number

It produced this output: It raised a 500

My web server is (include version): N/A

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): N/A

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: N/A

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes - have access to cert manager

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): cert-manager version 1.7.1
