Lets encrypt sends mail to refresh certs while this is already renewed

the certificate got renewed automatically before the expiration and the new expiry date is 2021-04-03 but still getting emails for renewing.
Domain is abplicensees.com

Please help me.

You currently have four valid certs covering the base domain name:
crt.sh | abplicensees.com

I'm pretty sure you are not using all four of them.
Read the email.
And check if you can delete any certs that you have but are no longer using.
