Intermittent/root will changed or unchanged after base renewal

I installed the let’s encrypt.
We noted on the auto renewal of the base cert.
Could you please confirm that the intermittent/root will remain unchanged after the base renewal quarterly?

that's wrong. The intermediate certificate may change. But the intermediate certificate is included in the download.

So you have always the correct certificate.

Can you please confirm that the intermittent cert (above cert screenshot attached) will change every 3 months and that previous intermittent cert will no longer be valid after?

The intermediate certificate does not change on a regular schedule, but it does change.

That's not how intermediate certificates are working. Typically, they are some years in use.
