Hi guys , i recently bought a domain with a cpanel , and i don’t know how to install a certificate on it , and how long does it takes to appear ? how much does it cost for renewal ?

cPanel should have an integrated solution to create, install and renew Letsencrypt certificates. You should use this solution, not another client.
Letsencrypt certificates are free.
