Increasing the rate limit for our domains

Hello,

I found out that we need to fill out a form
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSetFLqcyPrnnrom2Kw802ZjukDVex67dOM2g4O8jEbfWFs3dA/viewform if we want to increase the certificate rate limit for our domains as we currently have 2000 limit.
even after approval, will the increased rate limit be valid throughout the life time ?
