I have a problem renewing the SSL of my site

My domain is: watersongresortorlando.com

I ran this command: sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool

It produced this output: The public IP address for this machine could not be detected. A public IP address will b

Hi and welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community!

In the currently provided output I can only see a warning which should not be fatal to the renewal attempt and it clearly let you continue. Does your renewal attempt perhaps contain more output, including an error?

It's the same output as provided before, with just a warning.

The application is asking you to provide the domains you want a certificate for with the defaults which will be entered when you simply hit enter between brackets ("[" and "]").

when entering the domain it keeps throwing the error and entering a loop

Well, that's weird.. A warning should not result in such behaviour.

Maybe there's a Bitnami support site where you can ask this? I have no idea how to debug this further..
