I have a Certificate Signing Request, how can I obtain my CABUNDLE issued?

Apparently, my hosting provider doesn´t handle getting certificates from Let´s Encrypt, so I generated an SSL certificate and obtained a Certificate Signing Request.
Can I obtain a CABUNDLE for this certificate from you? How do I do it?

that's a cpanel hosting, so try CertSage
