I got a huge error tip when I install the certbot

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Seem it is a fresh issue and needs the Maintain Team to fix the bug. Keep noticing. However, thank you for the information that makes me follow someone's steps to work it out temporarily.
