I get certificate for dokement.com - but www.dokement.com gets an error

My domain is:dokement.com but can't get www.dokement.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The DNS A records for those two domain names have different IP addresses. That is allowed but is that what you intend? Usually people have both those names pointing to the same server.

If that isn't the problem please answer more of the questions you were shown. You haven't given us much to work with
