I can't create the certification in centos 8 error 401

Hi, I am creating a server for a school project and I can't create the certificate. I don't know if it is because I don't have a dns server for the domain, I have the name in the /etc/hosts and I don't know if this is the problem. What I get is:

certbot certonly -v --webroot -w /var/www/wordpress -d infograuspoblenou.hopto.org
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Plugins selected: Authenticator webroot, Installer None
Requesting a certificate for infograuspoblenou.hopto.org
Performing the following challenges:
http-01 challenge for infograuspoblenou.hopto.org
Using the webroot path /var/www/wordpress for all unmatched domains.
Waiting for verification...
Challenge failed for domain infograuspoblenou.hopto.org
http-01 challenge for infograuspoblenou.hopto.org

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: webroot). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: infograuspoblenou.hopto.org
Type: unauthorized
Detail: Invalid response from https://infograuspoblenou.hopto.org:443/.well-known/acme-challenge/iOGNxrXU3oqoi75ezXKDcQdvoLxAe6k1dSD8OtVhKDY [ip]: 401

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the temporary challenge files created by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains serve their content from the provided --webroot-path/-w and that files created there can be downloaded from the internet.

Thanks.

When I visit your domain name on port 80 and 443, I see a Fortinet device login screen.

To obtain a certificate, Let's Encrypt needs to be able to connect to the web server which is hosting your WordPress website. (Like Apache or nginx).

Whose internet connection are you hosting this server on? Would you be able to change the port forwarding so that ports 80 and 443 connect to your server, instead of the Fortinet device?
