Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [crt.sh | example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: lostpaws.online

I ran this command: root@srv1019750:~# root@srv1019750:~# sudo certbot --apache -d lostpaws.online -d www.lostpaws.online

It produced this output:
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Requesting a certificate for lostpaws.online and www.lostpaws.online

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: apache). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: lostpaws.online
Type: unauthorized
Detail: 84.32.84.32: Invalid response from [http://lostpaws.online/.well-known/acme-challenge/e9EvF5driwxuvZc9prZhDkWI0s8GH7aKVuvSVQp9zc0:](http://lostpaws.online/.well-known/acme-challenge/e9EvF5driwxuvZc9prZhDkWI0s8GH7aKVuvSVQp9zc0:) 500

Domain: www.lostpaws.online

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary Apache configuration changes made by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains point to this Apache server and that it is accessible from the internet.

Some challenges have failed.

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): ubuntu

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: hostinger

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of `certbot --version` or `certbot-auto --version` if you're using Certbot):

Please see the error report here: [Let's Debug](https://letsdebug.net/lostpaws.online/2561471)

You have multiple DNS A records one or both may have been setup by Hostinger.

You may need to contact their tech support to sort out which DNS records are needed

You can rerun the Let's Debug test after changes to check results
