If that is the right IP, then you need to check all access control systems [like: firewalls].

My problem is solved. How? I don't know really.
Hypothesis on the problem
When I cloned my linode and exported it to another hosting, and powered them on by brief time, SSL certificates conflicted due to duplicity, and IPs were blocked and certificates were invalid in my first hosting.
Supposed problem-solving activities

Delete linodes affected
-
Create brand new linodes (they have new IPs)

Leave all ports enabled indicated in
docker-compose.yaml
for NGINX Proxy Manager (I had disabled port 80)
