# HTTPS Website not secure please help

Hi everyone,  
This is my website built through WIX. [https://www.fulhambathrooms.net/](https://www.fulhambathrooms.net/)  
Although its https but still showed it not secure.  
Seems like one of the certificates is expired, how do I renew it?

Hi,

It seems that your certificate is expired and hasn’t renewed successfully by WIX.  
It also looks like that your DNS is configured incorrectly and only have your www version, not the root domain.  
Please visit this site (wix) and configure your DNS, then contact Wix support to attempt to renew your certificate.

At first look its DNS configuration problem.

Trouble shoot with the help of this or raise a ticket to wix team.
