Https on Apache mod_cluster + load balancer Ubuntu 16.04

I ran this command: certbot --apache

When I choose 1 for the proxy_cluster.conf (this is where my config is, mod_cluster, load balancer)
It produced this output:

We were unable to find a vhost with a ServerName or Address of
Which virtual host would you like to choose?
(note: conf files with multiple vhosts are not yet supported)
1: proxy_cluster.conf | | |
2: 000-default-le-ssl.conf | | HTTPS | Enabled
3: 000-default.conf | | | Enabled
4: default-ssl.conf | | HTTPS |
Select the appropriate number [1-4] then [enter] (press ‘c’ to cancel): 1
The selected vhost would conflict with other HTTPS VirtualHosts within Apache. Please select another vhost or add ServerNames to your configuration.

I would like to generate a certificate for my website which works with apache in mod_cluster load balacing. Please Help ?

Hi ADM, could you share your mod_cluster config? Do you use SSLProxyEngine for certificate authentication from client to worker client <–https–>balancer<–https–>worker, or do you use TLS termination on the balancer, i.e. client<–https–>balancer<–AJP–>worker ?

Happy to help, ut one needs more details to see how the vhost parsing of letsencrypt tool could be improved to operate well with mod_cluster…

Hello Karm, thank you for your reply, actually I didn’t add any mod_cluster config of https except running the certbot --apache commands… What I want is the process to achieve the https on my mod_cluster that I can browse and see my load balancer in the green https with my specific ports. Either TLS or SSLProxyEngine, I will be happy to configure it and make it works… Please help.

This is my current configuration, can you help me with exemple of editing it in order to get the https working when I choose 1 for the proxy_cluster.conf when I run the cerbot --apache

MemManagerFile /var/cache/mod_cluster
