Https is not working while http workes after installing certbot

Hello everyone,
My domain name is bizsomia.com, its workinng fine with http.
While usimg https its show following message

This site can’t be reached

bizsomia.com took too long to respond.
Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I already enabled port 443 and also this url shows (https://crt.sh/?q=bizsomia.com) ssl is installed properly.
So help me ASAP.

It seems like port 443 is being blocked by a firewall.

Are you sure it’s allowed through?

Could it be blocked by iptables or whatever firewall software is installed on your instance, e.g. ufw?

Could it be blocked by AWS’s security groups?

Could it be blocked by the Lightsail firewall, if you’re using Lightsail?
