The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 19.10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

#certbot-auto --version
certbot 1.3.0

I am unable to generate the ssl certificate. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Thanks Advance,

My IPU, that script installs certbot with aid of certbot-auto. Why doesn’t it use a lightweight client like :flushed: :scream:

In this case, I think the script and with it certbot are deeply connected to the whole jitsji-meet system. It’s rather hard to really point to the problem here, as it’s likely more a jitsi-meet-issue than a Let’s Encrypt/certbot issue.

Hi Osiris,

Thanks for the update.

Issue has been resolved one of my friend created the another viralhost for port 80.

Due to that issue occurred after remove that conf file run again ./ issue has been resolved and certificate generated successfully.
