How to get certificates and keys?

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: watsonwebsolutions.com

I ran this command: I have no idea what command to run.

It produced this output: see above

My web server is (include version):

cPanel Version 70.0 (build 66)
Apache Version 2.2.31
PHP Version 5.6.35
MySQL Version 5.6.41-84.1

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): linux x86_64

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: site5

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes, cpanel v70.0.66

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): I don’t think I have a client.

Nevermind, was able to get the certificate and keys from this site: https://www.sslforfree.com

Then asked my web host to install it.

Hi @tawatson15

Letsencrypt certificates are only 90 days valide. So you have to do that every 60 - 85 days.

If you have cPanel, your hoster should install the integrated cPanel solution to automate that.
