How to Fix The Untrusted Error?

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hello @dealz,

My magic ball says the problem is: you are not configuring your Apache server correctly and you are using your cert in SSLCertificateFile directive instead of the fullchain so you are not providing the intermediate cert and that is because you are seeing the untrusted error.

If you provide more details about the Apache version you are using, the acme client you used to issue your cert and the Apache conf for your domains we could provide accurate answers

Cheers,
