I received an email that I need to renew. But I am not sure how exactly
Well, since you deleted all the questions you were asked when you started this topic, there isn't much we can say other than "whatever you did to get the cert in the first place, do it again."

If you read the email closely, you can see why they were sent.
From the single bit of information provided, I found four certificates that are expiring soon and only one of them (containing only those exact same set of names) has been renewed:
