My domain is: www.deinedoula.com

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: bitpalast

I got an email that the subscription for my domain expires. Please, how can I renew it?

There is an issued certificate for that domain name that will expire in a few days:

However, when viewing the site, that is not the certificate that is being served:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.deinedoula.com

So, you seem to have more than just the upcoming expiration issue.
