I believe with the option --preferred-chain "ISRG Root X2"

I saw that this chain option was going to production Aug9 but I don't know what time zone. In my time zone it is still Aug8

Did you try the alternate chain in the staging system (STAGING) Bogus Broccoli X2 ?
