Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:
I ran this command:
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version):
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):
my domain is : badutrading.com
i honestly dont know the rest
They you probably have a hosting provider that handles that for you. You should contact the company or person who setup your WordPress system originally.
My domain is: badutrading.com
I ran this command: N/A (using cPanel AutoSSL, not certbot)
It produced this output: ( You should request a replacement certificate from the issuer (Let's Encrypt) as soon as possible.
A certificate that remains active after its expiration date will generate security warnings in users’ web browsers.)
My web server is (include version): Apache probably (cPanel default), version unknown
The operating system my web server runs on is: Windows 11 Pro
Version 25H2
OS build 26200.9278
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: (WHOis)
I can login to a root shell on my machine: no
I'm using a control panel to manage my site: cPanel (
134.0.61)
The version of my client is: N/A (AutoSSL)
Who setup or provided your cPanel?
Was that GoDaddy? Your public IP is owned by them.
I BELIEVE SO yes
The short answer is that if you're not administrating your web servers yourself, you should contact whomever you're paying for hosting and running your website so that they can address the problem.
If you're using GoDaddy's cheapest hosting plan, AutoSSL is only included for free for the first year. You can just use CertSage instead.
